I happened to return home to New Hampshire over the weekend and spent some time with my mom and grandparents. They both have Alexa-enabled devices. My mom has the Tap, which ironically minimizes a lot of the far-field voice computing advantages, yet she loves it, even though she’s not sure what to do with it. Both of them mostly use it to play music. Your point is well taken though — they’ve figured out how to use these devices to play music, which brings joy, compared with iTunes, which is a beast to operate. It’s the simple things that simplify that will delight this user segment.
